The location was superb, close to the center of the city. I found the hotel facilities to be clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful and spoke English. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and was delicious.

Great location, close to key attractions and convenient transportation options. Comfortable and clean rooms. Helpful and respectful staff. Enjoyed the option to store luggage and arrange for taxi service.
WiFi was out. Some rooms had a strong smoke odor, and management did not address the issue adequately.

The hotel is ideally situated, with easy access to many tourist sights. It is also close to many small eateries where we could eat. it is very close to the Christmas Market, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the festivities.
The room lacked any cozy or homelike atmosphere, with zero wall decor and scrubbable wallpaper.

I was pleased to find the Hotel Albert 1Er situated in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The value for money was also excellent, offering a good deal for my stay. The staff really were very good too ensure my satisfaction throughout my visit.
Although my room lacked a view, with just the side of a building to look at, the overall experience was not spoiled. Another drawback was the absence of a kettle to heat my baby's bottle;
